It wouldn't matter who won at Jericho. The tidal wave from the Mediterranean would see to that. Followed by the Atlantic sweeping Europe and most of Africa clean. I suppose the Pacific would have washed up on the Rockies.
Funny how the Babylonians, Persians, Assyrians, Indians who were all keeping fairly detailed records didn't leave any entries along the lines of "sorry for the thirty or forty year gap.
