APRIL BRRRRRR!

Last Saturday it got to 81 degrees. And this is what we woke up to this morning.

A light dusting of April snow. I've seen winters that never snowed th whole year and here we had a light dusting of snow this morning.

And this was the view off the porch about noon today. Not snow, hail. Some of it was the size of a large pea. Totally weird weather for the weekend.

April is very unpredictable.  Here in MI it was 74 but msotly cloudy.  What we need is some rain.

That happens here all the time. Some years nothing to speak of and then snow when you think its really finished. That's why I get so anxious to garden but restrain myself as to planting early. We have such short period of grow time. Funny for  Southern California! Dannelle

We got the s**t yesterday.  I still have little piles of hail on the back deck where the sun hasn't reached them yet.  And we were coming down Cornelius Pass yesterday in the middle of one of the worst hail/snow/snush squalls.  A little treacherous...  Lisa  :-]

I'm ready to walk around with one of those signs:
IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!
Yep. That's the only explanation.
