RE: MR. LOCKMAN'S QUOTE

My brother in law is pushing sixty and a cancer survivor. He is probably the most gentle man I know. He is also six foot three, a former teamster, and has eyes of that special shade of blue that freeze a wildfire. I can just about guarantee that if Mr. Lockman or any of his brethren attempt to lay a hand on my sister, their foster daughter, or any other woman in or out of the family they just might discover they've brought a dull, three inch pocket knife to a figurative gun fight. Frankly the foster daughter runs a gym with her husband, he's about six foot five by the way. One daughter in law runs fitness classes in local schools. Her husband is about six three and played foot ball for the Oregon Ducks. The other daughter in law runs her own business and can be found hiking and skiing along with the nephew who is the shrimp in the family. He's only six foot two.

I suspect for all his bluster if he dared to actually act on his outrageous claim his target wouldn't look like anyone who could defend herself, Or look like she's packing mace, pepper spray, or sux foot staff that can be used for hiking or self defense. And it's a sad commentary that women in this country feel that they have to carry one or all of the above.
